Using Trade Journal Falcon

By using Trade Journal Falcon, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You may use Trade Journal Falcon for your personal, lawful journaling and review activities.

Not financial advice

Trade Journal Falcon is a journaling and performance-review tool. It is not a broker, investment adviser, financial planner, or trading service. It does not recommend securities, trades, or strategies. You are responsible for your trading decisions, risk, and compliance with the rules that apply to you.

Calculations, charts, imports, and summaries can contain errors or depend on the information you enter. Verify important information before relying on it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the trades, notes, screenshots, and other content you enter. You are responsible for that content and for having the rights to store it. The app needs permission to store and display it so its journaling features work.

Keep your device and Apple account secure. If you enable iCloud backup, Apple’s services and terms apply to that backup.

Purchases and paid features

Apple processes App Store purchases. RevenueCat helps Trade Journal Falcon verify purchase entitlements and restore access. Subscription prices, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown by Apple at purchase and are governed by Apple’s applicable terms.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use Trade Journal Falcon for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to access another person’s account, data, or administrator tools.
• Interfere with the app, its services, or its security features.
• Reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, or resell the app except where applicable law permits it.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that Trade Journal Falcon will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or future version of iOS. Keep independent copies of information you cannot replace.

Disclaimers and limits

Trade Journal Falcon is provided as available, without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Journal Falcon and its contributors are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Ending use

You can stop using Trade Journal Falcon at any time and erase local data from the app’s settings. We may restrict administrator access if an account violates these terms or creates a security risk. The sections about ownership, disclaimers, limits, and disputes continue to apply after use ends where the law allows.
